The John Dallas Harger House was built in 1837 and is a fine example of Greek Revival architecture. It is most unusual because of its Michigan cut-stone construction. It was moved from an original site at 28450 Halsted to 12 Mile Road where it was restored by Mr. and Mrs. Don McCluskey

The home was purchased by its current owners in 2004
